This was my second oil change and this location. The first visit the technician went over items that I needed done on my vehicle. Replaced the sticker on next due date. My second attempt for an oil change was scheduled online. Purchased through Groupon. I called the shop to confirm that my Groupon was reedamable and Kevin aka Dave mentioned yes that it is. I also mentioned to him that I have an appointment for 5pm. He said great see you soon. When I arrived he mentioned that he was not able to take me because the amount of Groupon appointments that day. I was upset because when we spoke over the phone all of that was mentioned to him. I drove 30 mins out to get an oil change. I asked them well what incentives can you offer for when I come back on Saturday. Chance mentioned taking something off for my brake flush or if I brought in a cabin filter that they would change it for me without charge. Well Saturday when I showed up. Nothing was offered. Not even the sticker for a reminder on when to change my oil was replaced. I will never go here again!

The gentleman that runs the office is very kind and professional. This ship has competitive pricing, and will give your car a thorough inspection when they service it, letting you know what might need attention without being "pushy" about it. I had a full synthetic oil change done and it was worth every penny, while still being considerably more affordable than other places. I highly recommend you make an appointment and travel to this place if you're not nearby.

When we got here Chance and Henry had just mopped. It looked and smelled very clean. I came for an oil change and I was here for less than an hour. Henry also gave me a quote for extra services my car needed but did not pressure me to get it done today. Overall it was a very stress free experience and they were very helpful and informative.

Was scheduled at noon on Saturday and I was in and out. The customer service was excellent and the lobby was clean and quiet. I have taken 3 different cars there at different times and the experince has been the same.

I came in with a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and had a good overall experience. The staff was professional and got the job done in a reasonable time. I appreciated that they answered my questions about the oil type and made sure everything was taken care of. The service was straightforward, no pressure. 5 estrellas para este lugar!!!
